1/ Deposit. A deposit of £100 per week booked is payable at the time of booking.

2/ Balance of Hire. The balance of hire is due six weeks prior to the first day of hire.

3/ Cancellation. Once the balance has been paid it will only be refunded on cancellation if it is possible to re-let the property. The deposit is not repayable under any circumstances. It is recommended that appropriate insurance is obtained to cover cancellation.

4/ Booking by minors. No booking will be accepted by a person under the age of 18.

5/ Arrival & Departure. The property will be available from 15:30 on the day of arrival. It must vacated by 10:00 a.m on the day of departure. Change over for full week and three day lets is a Friday, for four-day lets is a Monday.

6/ Pets. We will accept one or two well behaved pets. A charge of £25 per pet per week is payable. The number of pets and breed should be included on the booking form. No pet should be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Any dog hair and soiling (including in the garden) should be removed prior to departure.

7/ Number of people. The maximum number of people using the property must not exceed 5.

8/ Bedding etc. All beds are provided with duvet covers, sheet, pillows and pillowcases. Hand towels and tea towels provided in the kitchen. Bath and hand towels are provided in the bathroom

9/ The use of the accommodation is entirely at the hirers' risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, or loss or damages to the hirers belongings. No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to any car or it's content.

10/ Smoking. In fairness to future users smoking is not permitted inside the property.

11/ Hirers Responsibilities. All equipment should be left in clean condition at the end of your stay. The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to make good any damage other than fair wear and tear. Losses or damage should be reported immediately.
