Being on the east side it is very easy to get to Knaresborough, York and beyond. The Yorkshire Show Ground and Pavilions are within walking distance. The centre of Harrogate and the International Conference Centre are less than three miles away.

There is a large Morrison supermarket within walking distance. There is also a public house a short walk away with several other pubs / restaurants within easy driving distance  A regular bus service operates between Harrogate and Knaresborough passing within a few hundred yards of the property.
